  4. Seems I left out an [Eject] button originally, but it's in now. I also changed the window type so you can adjust the window to show however many buttons you want but just dragging the bottom right corner box up or down like a window shade.

  6. All the information about the program is contained in the About... box which is accessible from the Apple Menu from within the program. Enjoy.
